Privacy Policy

LZWLBot ("the Bot", "we", "us") is a Discord bot service for esports communities. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. By using any server with LZWLBot installed, you agree to this policy.

We collect only the minimum data required to operate the bot's features:

• Discord User ID & Username - to identify you across features (roles, tickets, scrims, LFP profiles).
• Discord Server ID - to store per-server configuration and subscription data.
• Epic Games Account ID & Display Name - only when you voluntarily complete Epic Games OAuth verification for scrim features.
• Twitch / Kick Usernames - only when a server admin configures stream alerts for specific accounts.
• LFP Profile Data - game mode, platform, region, ping, FPS, and role that you voluntarily submit.

• Deliver bot features: scrims, auto-roles, music, tickets, stream alerts.
• Link your Discord account to Epic Games for Fortnite lobby access.
• Display your LFP profile to other members in the same server.
• Manage server subscriptions and feature access tiers.

We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising.

All data is stored in a secured MongoDB database on a private server in the United States. Access is restricted to the bot's backend only. Epic Games OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest using Fernet symmetric encryption before storage.

• Server configuration - retained while the bot is active. Deleted within 30 days of bot removal.
• Epic Games links - retained until you unlink your account or request deletion.
• LFP profiles - retained until you delete your profile or leave the server.
• Scrim session logs - retained for 90 days, then automatically purged.

• Request a copy of all data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
